What is the Purpose

Let me think about this for a minute…
I plan on spending some time looking into some of the more inane and outrageous laws that this Country and its’ States have enacted.  Who thought of it, and what possibly could have been the motivation.  That will be the start anyway and I think it’s going to be fun.
